Corporate History

・ 1985 Started as a trading business unit of Swire Japan distributing electronic equipment and measuring instruments from major overseas manufacturers.
・ 1990 Became a separate company as Swire Transtech Ltd. (100% owned by Swire)
・ 1996 Founded Swire Transtech Inc through a management buyout from Swire Group
